Laurent Baijot (CEO) 

​​Master's in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology Research Student 

With 21 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has pioneered the creation of the first CE-marked medical software device at MSD. In the 1990s, he competed as an elite middle-distance runner and completed six Ironman triathlons between 2008 and 2015.

Entrepreneurial Background :
- Co-founded and served as CEO of Formyfit from 2015 to 2023.
- Founded MoovInsights in 2024, focusing on advancing health and fitness technologies.

Research and Expertise :
- Currently collaborating on research in motivational psychology related to physical activity, particularly among adolescents with obesity. - Delivers lectures in corporate settings on sedentary behavior and physical activity.

Additionally, he is actively involved as a sports coach, leveraging his diverse background to promote health and wellness through physical fitness.

Sohaib Laraba (CTO)

​Electronics engineer from National Polytechnic School of Algiers (Algeria)
Masters in Signal/Image processing from Grenoble Institute of Technology (France)
PhD in Engineering sciences from the University of Mons (Belgium).

Currently, a postdoc fellow at UMONS.
His interests are in computer vision, motion capture, data analysis. HealthTech, DeepTech.

Stéphane Carlier (CMO)

​Received his MD and Cardiology degrees from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and defended a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Erasmus University, Rotterdam (Netherlands) in 2001.

He is currently Interventional Cardiologist and chief of the Cardiology department of the CHU Helora site Kennedy in Mons (Belgium), and full professor of Cardiology at UMons.

He held previously the positions of Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and Bioengineering at the Columbia University in New York and Director of the Intravascular Imaging & Physiology Corelab of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and later Visiting Professor in Brisbane (Australia).

His research interests include intravascular imaging, complex percutaneous coronary interventions, cardiac and vascular dynamics, exercise physiology and signal processing.
